Our client is seeking an experienced administrator. You will provide general administration and clerical support to the management team within a logistics environment. The company operates throughout the UK.

You will ensure that all operational data and costs are collated, investigated and uploaded to keep all parties up to date on a timely and accurate basis.

Skills :
You will be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and a superb telephone manner. You must have a genuine desire and interest in maintaining customer relations both internally within the business and to external stakeholders.

The ability to problem solve, using your own initiative is essential. You will work individually and as part of a team. Attention to detail is paramount.
You will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Power Point.

Although the role is part-time , it is essential that that you are able to provide cover for other team members during absence and holidays and during the business’s peak periods.

Usual hours of work :

Monday – Friday 1000 am – 2pm
