About Us

Established in 2013, Q7 Support Ltd was originally a service provider of logistic support to major courier companies across the Midlands.

Fast forward to today, and founding director, Irvin Quailey and his comprehensive team continue to match the right people with the right vacancies, again and again.

Irvin and his team promote a personal approach both with their clients and candidates alike.
All potential new candidates are invited for a face-to-face interview, so that we can fully appreciate the skills and qualifications each applicant has.

Through this process, we quickly ascertain which vacancies meet the candidates current experience, salary expectations and possible progression within the role, to ultimately secure the right applicant for our clients every time.

Collectively, Irvin and his team bring together over 20 years‘ of experience in a diverse selection of roles and industries including many managerial positions, so that they can justifiably draw on their mutual knowledge to provide a truly all round recruitment service, specialising in so many fields.
